Shipping Policy – Fitness Extreme Britain

UK Delivery Only
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.


Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after working hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver all orders within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Most orders arrive the next working day; however, please allow up to 2 business days to account for courier delays or peak periods.


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free UK delivery promotions.


Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier issues, weather conditions, or high demand periods). We appreciate your patience in such cases.


Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Fitness Extreme Britain cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
